Cool, wasn't asking a rhetorical question, just never heard of her until I saw a preview of the print a few weeks ago. She's insanely talented, no doubt, and this is going to look amazing on the wall.

You won't see too many of her pieces being resold in auction people tend to keep them.

Neither. "Mid-career" would be the most accurate description.
Claire Tabouret has some ideas I find interesting.
My gripe with her work is from an aesthetic perspective: It's appealing to me but feels derivative β especially of other female artists. The influences are too obvious. When looking at a Tabouret painting, I'll typically immediately think of Chantal Joffe, Elizabeth Peyton and/or Marlene Dumas.
That said, Tabouret also appears to be internet and Instagram savvy, which at least has potential to take an artist reasonably far.
