QR Code on COA, by dawnaroo on Jul 17, 2021 2:02:51 GMT 1, I recently purchased a Tesco blue soup can unsigned /250 through an art broker. When I got the COA, the QR didn't work. I've heard on this forum that it is to a phone number (the phone number on mine doesn't work even when I add country code from the USA), and I've heard from the seller that it is a little joke Banksy plays and that it doesn't work on any COA. This seemed like BS to me but also very Banksy. Do those of you with any legit new COAs have any insight on this? It was issued 2/14/21. Thanks.
