With the Swim Team Outerspace print, her painting style didn't translate well to a print out. The print looks okay from far away, but up close it's pretty blurry. Maybe that's how the original really looks as well. Who knows...

Too bad I'd have to drive 2000km to see her works in person.

I just bought this diptych canvas 40 x 80cm for less than those small works on paper. For me these feel like 2-3k usd. I think the ship has sailed (badum tss) on the 2-3k WOP, most people would jump on that. Pricing is aggressive but I'm personally not that shocked to see it at that level considering the momentum she's been building in 2019-2020. Would I pay that right now? no, but I feel like next year it won't look that ridiculous |
