These aren’t official DC links but retail stores that have them. I’m not sure what the official number is. I’m just quoting a site.

Those singles are already graded. 

The set are not. You'll have to pay to get the sets grade which will end up costing more. That's if you are trying to collect or resell them later on. 

I guess #108 also introduces a new female villain in the story.
