The tone towards new art on here lately has been pretty shocking. Maybe you are just past it with opinions. Don't listen to me, i own 1 canvas and just like the work. It's not like i own a warehouse worth. I believe there is a show planned for next year, so will be an interesting watch.

I can’t see him turning down the guts of £10k (that I know of alone) to create “artificial scarcity”.

I'm afraid not, but you could slice it in half and remove the gristly bit and then pan fry it with some onions and a splash of red wine😋

No, I can't 'see it' either because lets face it for £10K of pre-sales most artists would spend the next week full on painting to produce the two canvas's to sell so they are able to afford to produce the print edition. Since, as you imply, there is so much demand. |

that sounds fine, just as well it wasnt my liver i removed for the sale.

I don't think it's a scam in that sense. No one's running off with the money (I hope)... There's just some odd things about the way he's been promoted... and Blok and Toxic Publishing.
Some questions are being asked, but that doesn't mean he's not a genuine artist, with some appeal, and limited production capacity (or self imposed limit).
