This is one of the reasons I like Shrigley; he creates art at different price points so everyone can own, similar to Obey. Obviously he is so prolific some pieces don’t work but many are thoughtful and hilarious.

Would you mind explaining this a bit please?
Is it £140 or Euros and why that amount?
Does that amount include the shipping cost or just the items purchased?

I've just checked, it's £135 if you're importing into the U.K from Europe.

Agreed, the postage is hefty. I bought 11 items first time, so it was worth it. When the giraffe came back on, I had to buy that too, so another 30 Es charge was a bit more painful for one transaction. Of course, they would never think to put the two orders (bought in quick succession) into the one package with one payment. 

All the art I buy (and most people) buy has a sell-on value. I will frame one or two and hang,  and sell the rest say, in a few years' time. Maybe the Shrig Shop see the value and demand in Shrigley's work and the low price they are selling for. People may well  make a bit of money re-selling them down the line, so why shouldn't the gallery make a bit extra from the low price point and the fact people can afford them - even with the delivery costs?

The  items might not be limited and signed, but they still create heavy demand from art lovers.
