i would suspect that Mr Kronsbein would object to any other Banksy being included along with his 48 Banksy items for sale in his auction.

Who thought just a few years ago we'd see Banksy in an auction sitting with the likes of Kandinsky, Munch, Picasso.... this is a VERY important auction (again). The bar just keeps being raised. Where is this journey going to end?

I am indeed pilot error.
This evenings Girl with balloon is a unsigned regular edition for sale at Bonhams in LA.
It was originally mention in the Bonhams post-war & contemporary art 24th march Thread.
I will post any more comment there.
That will teach me to watch multiple auction at once.

I believe all prints will benefit from the new record price set by Game Changer.

I think GWGB will also set a new print price record for Banksy.

For major artists, it is not uncommon for the original to print/ etching ratio to be 1/10th. So, many Banksy prints, other than GWRB, could begin to trend up towards 240k.

Just my thoughts. I don't personally have a horse in this race.

You could say the same about a lot of artists with their variants on a work. Just take Hirst as an example and his plethora of "same but different" dot paintings.
