It has full pest control and I think a bargain for a large original bouquet of flowers hand sprayed, in artists frame. I think the buyer did well here. Much better value than most prints and it's unique. I think it was donated to the family of a friend who passed, just speculating but all the clues are there.

I'm very surprised this didn't do better. It's hand sprayed and not from the printing process. I think it's great, drips spray paint, large size, artists frame. It's all there.

Cheap?Most artists usually dispose of acetates after the screen printing process.

1/ It's an acetate and presumably part of the print process. 2/ It's one third of a tryptich.

There was a very large crease on the acetate which would likely have been tricky to remove which may have played a role too.

It’s a piece that refers to another work rather than standing on its own. Also it’s an unproven medium for Banksy which many buyers would consider risky. As you’ll know, most of his works are on paper, canvas... or brick. 😀
