Hi.  I  am selling my opened IK13, unsigned edition of 150.   I am the original owner and have had it displayed on a brick wall inside my old house since purchase.   Have moved now haven't gotten around to displaying it again yet. I adhered it to plexiglass, then cut that to size so that I could adhere it to the bricks and still remove it  (here is a link to when the post on the forum urbanartassociation.com/post/732620/thread ).  I still have the bag (as pictured).   I also have found the email receipt and shipping confirmation from orbi/spaceshop circa 2010 that I can forward to it's new owner.   I know that some opened ones sold for over 1k usd on eBay before the price spike.



Have forum references on high priced items, don't hesitate to ask.

I collect kits for 4 years now. I'm interested in any invader kit if someone has some. I know prices are a bit higher now. Though my aim is to have from 1 to 16 and doubling if possible. I already built a full set for my best friend and now rebuilding it for me. As I already said in this forum, I'm also a compulsive buyer of Banksy vinyl covers. Pm if you own one of these. Cheers

there is a big difference with the latest ones : latest ones are bigger and more than the double price at the launch. This one is unsigned also. So, for me 4000 is a really good price.
I have the legend Paris one , red on green, do you think it could be at the same price ? ( I asked Invader, no fakes fir Paris and this one )!

Octopus were only ever unsigned. Also the latest invasion kits might be bigger but then so is the edition size, octopus is quite a rare kit and IMO demands a higher premium, how many do you see for sale???
And if your Paris invasion kit is still sealed then yes I believe it to be worth more than $4000.

Sorry to tell you that but without the package it will be hard to get big interest. I may be wrong but only a fool could pay big money for this since you can do the exact same one for less than 10€.
Hope for you you still have any kind of receipt from purchasing.

A lot of early kits were a bit wonky, nothing surprising about that at

yes this kit is real. I have the Paris one, the tiles are not perfect too, even in the last ones. Invader is a human not a machine.
Of course, it looses a bit of value without the pea lagging but not so much too... it is a piece of history and it is like an old print of Banksy that would have some creases.

The issue isn't whether you believe this is real (I have no doubt it is), but when you're spending this kind of money it's whether you could prove it to the next person.

As far as I know these tiles aren't made by Invader, so in theory could be faked quite easily... or am I wrong?

For the money you'd get, I'd keep it knowing yourself that it is real, and then tell stories about how much it would be worth if only you had the packinging.

What strikes me is the traces of glue or cement left ... Never, Invader would leave that ...

Anyway, a mail at Orbi or at Invader etc... and they will tell you if its real or not.
