Dang, sorry to hear that!! Ya, they are replacing mine - hope they can do the same for you. Though I notice there was 5 lingering for some time and as soon as they were delivered they quickly sold out. So not sure if they are reprinting or just allocated another edition to replace it. They really could have avoided this with a little effort in the packing.

They gave me two options --- send back the print for a full refund OR send back the print, it will be destroyed, a new one will be printed and then the artist has to sign it again. They projected that a new McGee print wouldn't get back to me until mid-late Feb.

I got sent a new one a couple weeks ago, don't think it was a reprint. However, the number was erased and a new number written on (which differed from my original number). It looks terrible, just a big eraser / pencil smudge. I'm not very pleased with it.

Yeah I waited a long time for a replacement. The wife is hopping mad for sending the second one just between two pieces of light cardboard. So much for $180 shipping

Oh gosh, that's ridiculous. I was amazed when my second showed up and wasn't packaged any better than the first. Definitely thought they'd take more care sending overseas! Hope they make it right with you.
