This is the problem with ephemera.
People are talking it up to be the next prints etc etc but yet a potential buyer (understandably) has to put photographs up to ask others if the poster is genuine (as it isn't authenticated)

By rights they should be turning stuff away, but it's all money. If I were you I'd give them a ring and see if they can provide any extra provenance, but if not, walk away. For what it's worth, I saw this posted by them the other day and immediately skipped over it - not worth the bother.
