Miller, Pejac, Richter, Murakami, Hirst, T’Sai, Blake, by Poster Bob on Oct 10, 2020 11:38:22 GMT 1, I'd wait until 95% mortgages are back. I have heard that some banks now want to know where the deposit came from; it may be something to keep in mind.

Miller, Pejac, Richter, Murakami, Hirst, T’Sai, Blake, by charliec2701 on Oct 27, 2020 11:08:25 GMT 1, but when your oldest boy turns up at home and announces he needs help in purchasing a property and some of fathers artwork and pension is the only way to secure it what option do we have ?!?!?! Bless x Tell him to bugger off, and go earn his own way - s'what I'll be doing. I'm in my late forties and can't afford a flat, nor do I have posh parents to ask. And yep, I'm extremely bitter
