I checked this with Zippo UK to be informed that it would ONLY be available in Germany. It is now showing on their website but cannot but can only be shipped domestically.
I have now contacted Zippo’s German division to try and find a way to have it shipped to the U.K. but they’ve simply redirected me back to the same contact in the U.K. as I had dealt with previously who, perhaps unhelpfully (given I’ve no relatives or friends in Germany), has stated, “ Unfortunately our German website cannot ship internationally. We might have stock of it available in the future in the UK but again, I cannot confirm this. I would advise you to either use a freight forwarding company or have a friend or relative in Germany purchase this and send it onto you.“
Anyway, if it’s of interest/use to anyone the lighter can be purchased here...but only if you live in Germany/know a German mail forwarding company or have friends or relatives there: www.zippo.de/products/d-face?variant=32870428475435
(Personally I feel it is already a little overpriced so I’m done chasing it unless it can be purchased here in the U.K.)

I’d take $45 dollars or even £45 but £67.50 just seems disproportionately expensive if that’s the US price. I blame Brexit...

Yes, that ones been up since the show some weeks back. The price was always optimistic but the limited numbers they had available sold out on the first day so I suspect they felt the demand would be there and/or that they wouldn’t become available again here. Reckon he’ll take £60 now? 😂
