What do you class as full ink?
Personally i find licking the end extends its life by quite some margin. Therefore i would class that as full.

The oranges were given out all week at the signing in hoxton park So although people got 3-10 signed each they took stacks papers each when leaving , plus the oranges were dropped off at the town hall which again many people went to collect hence a lot on eBay
