I have been collecting Eddie for years and to my humble regret I think this price is way overrated. The second set of Triangle Books with the Blockheads as a motif is much better. Also some of the originals (without the silkscreen in the background) are still selling for lower than that. Sorry for my English

Got some examples of recent sales? Or the pieces you’re referring to? 
I know artsy is generally over priced, but asking price on these is $5-8k (and there’s a few of them)

Happy to consider a good offer though, if it’s backed up with sales examples

Indeed, many pseudo galleries on the second market display prices totally disconnected from reality, that the new standard today. If I'm not mistaken, an original of 14 x 20 cm is offered today for around USD 6,000.00 or 6,500.00.This is the main reason why I consider your price to be a bit high.

To be honest, from those examples I’d say I’m not far off.
Of course the price of small originals can be close, but they’re not often very good ones… and still more than I’m asking for this mostly hand painted edition.

He may be right that it's a little high. Perhaps just a few hundred.

The price is ok regarding his current market but my thought was more to invest in a work a little more expensive but entirely handmade. GLWTS
