No one really thought the kits were going to go up in value like the prints since a.) the signature was on the packaging and not on the tiles and b.) the value drops significantly the minute you take it out of the bag.

You should have heard some of the conversations going on in line. People trying to sell wristbands as soon as they realized their card limit wouldn't allow them to make a purchase.

I was there and heard the same thing. People trying to transfer funds to their account, trying to pay with PayPal, etc. I didn't realize a lot of people didn't have credit cards. One guy was selling his wristband for $300. Not sure how it worked out for him. |

I'm glad to hear this was -somewhat- widespread. A collector I met in line for a Sunset was able to get IK18 due to someone not being able to pay.

Good old fashioned knowledge
