When you think about it, it’s crazy that we get so excitable over a signed postcard. The excitement has parallels to a 12 year receiving a Harry styles autograph. Except the majority of us are grown men, however it’s still a signature from another bloke.

Don’t get me wrong if I receive one too I’d be chuffed, but it’s just mad when you give it context.

I appreciate that you were not being overly critical, but what you did say made me think. I take the view that seeing a fan of an artist receiving a pleasant surprise, and people, many of whom have known him on this site for many years, being pleased for him makes a pleasant change from price checks, hyping and bickering.
No doubt someone will ask what they are worth soon, and that will be that.
