Don’t like it enough to hang and don’t know enough about the artist to invest in it but will be interesting to see what this does on the secondary.

Normally with large editions you see a couple of high sales prices on eBay whilst the FOMO is still high before everyone starts undercutting each other before the FOMO subsides.

Hirst’s rainbows have gone from £900 to £600 in about two weeks.

I notice most of his other editions were of 50 or 100. 300 is quite a jump, it’ll be interesting to see what kind of effect that has.

Yeah I think unfortunately if you’re spending £1000 on a doodle the chances are your buying it for an investment and not for how pretty it looks.
