So that big piece is DONE! I have put a frame on the back and coated in in acrylic medium and signed it... just need to get it to the gallery... This is one of the other pieces I have been working on (and finished) this week.
I am taking the night off with a wine and for some reason listening to godam nigel farage on the wireless.

Happy New Year Humans of the Internet!
All in all that was a pretty weird year. As for me here over the past year I have had exhibitions in Belfast and Dublin, sold work in Japan, Germany, Denmark and quite a few pieces sold in Fermanagh of all places. Over the past 2 months I have moved studio and been commissioned to make a series of large scale works which has been both challenging and a lot of fun.
Over the next few months I plan to continue working on larger scale pieces and am designing another outdoor vertical piece. I have a plan too for an exhibition (see the poster below) for sometime in the late spring.
So yes, 2016 was weird... 2017 is probably going to be weirder. The fight is to try and make that weirdness your own.

I have been back in the studio and getting some pretty good work done...
At least I am happy with it anyways... it is a nice feeling because the last 2 pieces I attempted to make were a BLEEPIN disaster.

Cycled to the studio just before storm Doris got up and destroyed Belfast
this is something i was working on earlier... its hard to photograph as there is so much black and a lot of light glare... but in real life it looks pretty sweet

I am going to start a new thread for my latest Screen print/painting as it is a variable edition and I would like to put all 10 of them up here.
