Refunds, by Backpack Punk on Apr 2, 2007 19:30:57 GMT 1, I received an email from protx after buying a sepia but not from P.O.W. I called to see what was up and was told that I had already placed an order for a un-signed one and that their software automatically refunded the second one. Apparently my gf bought one for me before I could get one so I missed out on the signed but I did get the un-signed. So if you only got the email from protx it prob means you got or are getting a refund for the order.

Refunds, by tclem13 on Apr 2, 2007 20:29:42 GMT 1, That sucks. So I'm assuming you live with your gf and you guys have the same billing address. Is that why you only got the un-signed?

Refunds, by johnerotten on Apr 2, 2007 22:58:36 GMT 1, i accidentally bought two and emailed them the next morning(friday) with the order number and an apology for my ignorance. i received a refund for the second order on saturday.
I am very grateful POW handled a daunting task as well as they did. i'm sure its not easy filling and shipping 1,000 orders and dealing with many thousand more emails.
anyways, i look forward to having my first Banksy print on my wall. Morons is a great print to break my cherry with.
cheers.

Refunds, by themightyreds on Apr 3, 2007 12:54:10 GMT 1, All i got emailed was the order reference from protx so i emailed Pow to ask for confirmation and they got back to me earlier today to say the order was fine and that they'll put a hard copy of the PoW confirmation email in with the print when they send it out. Also checked with my credit card account and PoW had put in a request for the amount last friday so looks like all my efforts during the scramble have paid off!!

Refunds, by absyrd on Apr 3, 2007 14:38:37 GMT 1, I had to have a refund processed in the past and it took a few days because their "financial guy", Simon (I think), had to be there to do it. With the madness I assume he has been there quite a bit over the last few days.
I am waiting for the heat to die down a bit before I email for my refund on Sepia 62.

someone else on this board did the same & emailed PoW to point out the possible problem - they refunded one of the payments I'd plead with them & explain the problem / mix-up if I were you - you've nothing to lose in doing so.

Yes we do, the funny part is she was buying it as a surprise to me, wish she he bought the correct one. Oh well I still got one so I am stoked.

Refunds, by salipop on Apr 3, 2007 20:44:28 GMT 1, I ordered a Sepia and an unsigned White moron. BOTH orders were cancelled. I was told that POW has a "ONE" Banksy per household policy. That's not what the "rules of engagement" say. It says:
"When we release a popular print the following conditions apply;
Only ONE print per household. we will cancel any order for both a signed AND unsigned print from the same edition;"
Which to reasonable person means, no two of the same print and no signed and unsigned of the same print. Otherwise, why have this statement at all if there is a "one banksy" policy?
I'm very pissed and think POW should address this.
Any thoughts??

Personally I thought the rules of engagement were as clear as day. ONE print per household. Sepia was part of the morons edition, so it is understandable that it has been classed with the other morons.

Did you have a confirmation from POW for both prints ? you should have email Dora to cancel one and given another Forum member a chance to purchase at cost.
