New Paul Insect Poster for £30, by larryforsyth on Nov 22, 2019 11:35:04 GMT 1, The tubes are just too small. When it was delivered I knew it would have bad roll marks and sure enough it has roll marks all the way down it.
I'd say it's unlikely they'll flatten out, but at the price point, I'll give it a shot at some long term flattening.
My tube was undamaged (a miracle with Hermes delivering it) so I know that has not played any part.
The tubes are just too small. When it was delivered I knew it would have bad roll marks and sure enough it has roll marks all the way down it.

Just file a PayPal claim. I’m sure they will refund your money.

Same thing happened to me with Sandra Chevrier and her gallery. The print had a small ding in it. Destroyed it, gallery sent a new one. The new one was even worse. Destroyed it. Then the gallery took months to send me a replacement and I ended up having to go through paypal. And you know what? If I knew I would end up with no print I woulda just kept the first one.
Hope everything gets worked out.

Mine arrived yesterday with some creases ( I won’t post a pic anyway, too lazy ) in the middle : I don’t know if it’s when they rolled it.. but the tube had two impacts in the middle... but ... I guess that is a question of luck, those from don’t panic posters were thinner too. I don’t think they will send another one, so I won’t ask.
