I've gotten soo hooked on this urban art scene, and tried to find something i like and that is affordable. I've found a paint on wood panel by Eelus. It is a edition of 5. I don't really know Eelus, so i would like to ask you guys, if he is worth investing in? I will get the painting, because i like it, but it cost 700pounds, so i would also like it to at least hold value - and hoping for a rise. It is this one:  Do you guys think it is a OK buy for 700?
If you like it, buy it. Investment wise, you missed the boat, some might say that boat sank a while ago

I think he/artrepublic made a huge mistake by re releasing his most sought after print as a lenticular a few years ago. Interest in his work then seemed to dissipate after this.
Price is probably fair for primary, but I would say you would struggle to get it back if you tried to sell it on in the near future.

This is cliche but honestly buy what you like to look at. 99% of art will lose its value over time. Save the cash and save for a banksy. The only one in this space bar the very few who will retain and gain value

Buy a banksy box set for around £400, get it conservation framed by mfm to protect the print from the concrete and keep it for 10 years.

Yes, but if you like it buy it. I buy a lot of art knowing it will never sell for what I paid for it. But its also the same when you buy a nice car or TV, yeah?
If you want investment, you should have bought 350 Peckham Rock postcards 😁

Could have brought several signed Banksy prints I didn’t particularly like for the same amount as the eelus canvas.
Still have and love the canvas but i doubt its worth much more than I paid for it.
Buy stuff you like, not to get rich.
