I’m basing my price from Tate Ward’s result a few weeks back but I appreciate the prices vary

I have clearly stated that I have based my price on a recent sale at Tate Ward. Their price was £1370 inc fees. I have priced mine less that that net amount. I appreciate this isn’t a private sale although that’s all I could find to base my price on.
Can you please do the same in order that I adjust my price?..otherwise please just don’t comment!

It's quite easy to do the research your self ? It been here a while and no sales forthcoming , members advise to help
It is easy to grab the highest price of the net and post here but it does not always work that way

Check eBay out, completed sales from £600-£750 with out fees ,after fees £470 the cheapest online

There are other links but they come out cheaper

I would have to agree way too many fakes on ebay to quote sales from there. 

Seen these sell in auction for all kinds of prices. The price is all down to the provenance

Nothing wrong with it but he argued with my price saying that private sales were less. I asked him to give me an example and he uses an auction (eBay) as his source yet when I quote my source (Tate Ward) it is too high

Might as well use Sotheby's or another gallery to sell
If they can be bought for such from eBay, users here will not venture to high end galleries for a £5 poster , as most here are collectors and seek best price
Auction would be considered better than an private sale as you get the open market value
They have also sold on here for £400-£650

Just to say that with provenance ,the flyers do not always add credibility , I bought an original from Bristol and a year later a friend bought another which had all the flyers attached being reprinted , the only way if a new buyer is to compare to a original, tube ,plastic sleeve etc , the fakes look a little grainy

I’ve bought and sold quite a few of these. Last one I sold was £765 and the previous £700. Think these will be up on eBay. There are quite a few fakes of these and obviously pest control won’t authenticate which is dragging down prices. Still £700 from £5 in 7 years is pretty good!

All Banksy posters have great prices ( on sale ) coz it’s the only way for people not enough rich to get a Banksy ah home(toux one was limited at 2000 ex too ).
Of course it s still expensive and not obvious for each of us to spend 700 quids on art.
Anyway if one day I have a bit of money, I would buy the rat GDP poster or any of those or a shittyxmas tee or postcard, but the problem as read in this thread I’d that they are mostly all fakes on eBay.
So don’t take any risk and will keep my walls nude as a naïade in her bath..

That's probably the best approach, even if you secure a genuine lithograph the prices will always be held back due to the volume of fakes out there. It is also very difficult to identify fakes as flyers, receipts, are just as easy to fake as the lithograph, unless you can buy from a reputable source or verify the buyer made the purchase at the event (again not bullet proof) it's always a risk buying these, especially on ebay.
