I've bought books several times. And each time they arrived in about a week. In Netherlands. Regular postal service.
Ordered one now as well. Hope it will be here next week.
You can do it, Steve!

Banksy Captured Book • Steve Lazarides , by tab1 on Jun 4, 2020 21:59:09 GMT 1, Laz still has a stash of rare prints and canvases And unknown amounts of di tenners which now sell for £800 ? Not short of funds . Not really a correct response he gave on Instagram regarding he is busy with lots of his kids hence the delays

Common sense says clear the backlog before you take in more orders.

He is diagnosed with bipolar Which he has admitted Openly and effects of this can be erratic And manic behaviour With illogical actions which are displayed by the occasional rants and actions Now seen . Just an observation and understanding point of view before any members jump in and become defensive

Gp prints master class , release a few to the market Insisting on short supply , never acknowledging amounts of the edition , create hype and then release and sell the rest at secondary market rates 🤑

Banksy Captured Book • Steve Lazarides , by iamthetoe on Jun 5, 2020 14:12:38 GMT 1, Something to keep in mind with him - not defending his market tactics, but rather his order fulfillment capabilities - is that over-promising is a typical manic behavior. He may have been able to do things years ago that he can no longer do, but hasn’t accepted that yet. I imagine his family is trying to help him at any cost. My 2 cents, his disease is very real.

Another point to note when running the galleries In the past , professional team of up to 15 people assisting / employed with print releases Of up to 300 and there were slight delays .
These books are in the thousands and 3-6 people assisting?

Lol Post to his Instagram, it gets his attention and he does not like to spoil his marketing there so you will receive a prompt reply. He has posted a blanket explanation on his Instagram account of the situation
People with the mentioned condition sometimes can only view their own perspective of a situation and stick to their own line of thought , they are in the right😉
If you keep applying normal thought and expect logical responses to a scenario with someone with the conditions presented you will get no where And just frustrate yourself
Point making he has personal mental health problems , part of the reason of breakdown in business relationships with banksy , in the past had Professional individuals each in their field of expertise of job role employed to run his business although he was seen as the face of the business and assumed to be running day to day operations yet when he takes personal control it has fallen apart
It is only a book , if I felt treated badly from a business I would apply for a refund and place my business and money elsewhere , if purchased by PayPal have 6 months to make a claim, plenty of time to receive the book🥴😬

Just received the FF after a few months.
I had sent out emails too without response. I got worried with their return policy but just wait a bit longer

Banksy Captured Book • Steve Lazarides , by Woodey1001 on Jun 10, 2020 14:11:12 GMT 1, My tenner arrived today. Has a signed COA from Steve with fingerprints.
The delivery label also has the order number, LAZ as the sender and other details to match confirmation email, which links to where you can view the order details on his website.
Quite happy with provenance as proof it's genuine. Finally have a genuine tenner, wahoo.

Yes this is exactly the number of points needed for concrete provenance to those saying the coa means nothing. it does when everything else lines up with it.

Banksy Captured Book • Steve Lazarides , by brycepen on Jun 17, 2020 12:02:47 GMT 1, If he don’t need the money why is he selling these notes all the time ? He is diagnosed with bipolar Which he has admitted Openly and effects of this can be erratic And manic behaviour With illogical actions which are displayed by the occasional rants and actions Now seen . Just an observation and understanding point of view before any members jump in and become defensive
I truly appreciate your empathy for his mental health. I, personally, don’t care about his financial worth or why that’s relevant. If he wants to sell it and people want to buy it, that’s basic free market capitalism. Although, the American (or British) word I would use to describe what he’s doing is carpetbagging.
My issue is really with the fact that he may be selling something he doesn’t have or can’t actually produce, which makes him a conartist. I just want what I purchased and paid for 8 weeks ago.
And for the record, bipolar disorder also is associated with creative genius and high level artists (ex. Van Gogh). Sorta seems like he only displays the negative effects of bipolar disorder....
Edit: Even if there are delays, how hard is it to send a mass email to customers letting them know that?
