High-end papers are both internally sized (when forming the sheet in water with pulp) and externally (sprayed coating on the surface). Most papers are just externally sized. Sizing aids the paper in absorbing moisture evenly, as well as allowing pigment to "sit" on the surface of the paper allowing it to be bright/vibrant instead of being absorbed which makes it appear dull. It just comes down to selecting the correct/appropriate paper.

That or non-UV glass. ..uV glass is not needed unless there is direct sunlight hitting the piece among other print making factors. UV glass is a big comish upsell for framers...this info coming from museum backed knowledge.
I personally would never frame another piece without UV. I have 1 piece that i used reg glass on, a pure evil blondie print. Recently after 4 years had the Matte changed and the entire border from the previous Matte shows the original color and the entire exposed portion is a shade lighter. This piece has never been in direct sunlight or even facing a window. Imo it’s 100% worth UV glass.

What colour was your matte?

D*FACE ‘Kan’t Complain’ HSM (Hand Stained Multiple) Each print is hand brushed with emulsion and hand stained with acrylic by DFace (Each one is unique) before being screen printed in two colours. 370gsm archival paper. Edition of 100 72 x 70 cm Signed and Numbered
There's bound to be rippling. Leave it as is. It's artist condition and how it is supposed to look. Looks great to me.

UV glass is way more expensive for me to buy , and we only ever recommend if it is necessary .
