I recently sent something to Italy and it took about 6 weeks when it was tracked and signed for a 5 day delivery........

I have a friend that sells vintage toys and he said a lot of stuff used to go missing due to the postal system so he stopped entertaining bids from Italy. Perhaps it's better these days.

I stopped posting to Italy about 2/3 years ago...4/5 parcels went awol! Of course not casting Italians in bad light but the postal system is still very corrupt in certain parts

It was a simple question and I know the guy said to PM for photo's etc but I just don't get why folks on this forum can't just list the details. No need for all this cloak and dagger stuff. You want to sell, you know what you want so get photo's up and list a price. In this case it's a Sweet Toof......it's not exactly Banksy money.

As a Sweet Toof fan I'd love to see which one is up for grabs. I'll never afford it but I'd still think a for sale thread should have a picture of the item no matter who's selling. But agreed Harveyn's collection is very enviable.

Sir..... I was not having a direct pop at you my statement was a generic one for folks selling on the site. As you can see I'm fairly new to UAA and I value the information and discussion that takes place on it. My intention was not to upset anyone. However I still think at least photo's would be helpful and in the long run would probably reduce the number of PM's sellers get bombarded with.
