Received and packaging was awful. Smallest tube I have ever seen, print and certificate rolled too tight and will need a lot of time to flatten out. Bit of a disappointment as it is my first Lister.

And i think that’s the key with those types of allegations, let’s wait to get the full story and legal process going, form your opinion after. If true, I’m definitely out as well but i hate when people proceed with public hangings that quickly

In Australia, by the time it gets to pressing charges, prosecutors would have sought out evidence that is beyond reasonable doubt. By this point it is a formality to press charges.

Most complaints never leave the gate because there isn't enough evidence, it is usually he said, she said.

I expect him to plead guilty to the tattooing, and his defence to plea lesser charges for the rape, so that he doesn't appear on the sex offenders list.

He's always lived in the grey zone, and if you have been to one of his live nude drawing sessions, the lines get blurred.

Notions like this of the 'artistic temperament' and the other favourite cliche 'troubled genius' are outdated, redundant and should be consigned to the misogynistic sewer they originate from. Violence, rape, assault are inexcusable whether it's a one-off (oh he's troubled...) carried out by a pissed-up, one-of-the-lads down the pub against his 'long suffering' wife or someone in the public eye (oh he's finding it hard living with the pressure of his 'celebrity lifestyle'...)

The documentary on Netflix was an eye opener, the guys an idiot. Plain and simple arsehole. Had a beautiful family and a gorgeous supportive wife.. I had zero sympathy for this bloke then and I have zero sympathy for this bloke now. Where’s there’s smoke there’s an element of fire, while there’s a potential for some of these allegations to be false it’s clear Lister is someone who’s a self absorbed narcissist who has little respect for himself, his family and by extension it seems the victims..

I really feel for his kids and his ex wife, the other victims in this debacle.

Whilst I don’t condone his behaviour, if you’ve watched The Listers, and seen the girls, drink and drugs involved in his life, it’s not really surprising that someone might regret what happened the night before... just a thought... we don’t know the full circumstances of this case.
