Seems fairly standard practice these days to sell something that had yet to be received. When they do actually receive it, the post can be updated to 'in hand' which at times seems to warrant an extra premium on top.
It's the way of the world - if people want stuff that's in limited supply others will try and charge as much as they can for it. Supply and demand etc

was excited to get this and happy I purchased before it sold out, the more I look at it and wonder how it will looked framed? I'd want to frame out the URL but would probably be framing out his signature too. After I receive it, if I don't like it I'll sell to someone on the forum at cost if you missed out
