Julian Opie Artwork, VALUATION, by jensen on Sept 14, 2019 23:30:33 GMT 1, What do you guys think ? Is a Julien Opie Print a good investment ? I wouldnt ask if I didnt like the print. I love it and it would find its way to my walls. It‘s just a lot of money. About10k€. So, on the long run (>10years), will it increase worth? What do you think ?
p.s, I like it for what it is, but I always have problems with (just) prints of a huge scale, for big money...

Don't buy it then, not worth the stress

Julian Opie Artwork, VALUATION, by Deleted on Sept 14, 2019 23:43:14 GMT 1, Depends on which style of print. He is doing massive shows around the world now. First solo shows ever in New York and Japan; with pretty strong representation. He's been around for a bit but his popularity has sky rocketed in the past couple years. His good prints sell out extremely fast. Some of his prints I could see go up in value. Just depends which one. His work is pretty universal and family friendly. I can see him possibly doing well in the future.
