Innocent mistake in the reference, but which edition were you referring to?

Think there's a hint of sarcasm

Damien Hirst H4 • Veils, by Express Post on Jan 28, 2019 17:27:22 GMT 1, Just to be clear, no fee to set up an invaluable account to monitor auctions. Setup is instantaneous and saves the headache of going through the FA verification process. Never bought through invaluable before so unsure of fees.

Setup is instantaneous and saves the headache of going through the FA verification process. Never bought through invaluable before so unsure of fees. Yep I think Danny from Chiswicks was recommending before to go direct to the auction house to save that extra % All auction houses on invaluable, liveauctioneers e.t.c have their own terms and conditions.
Some can charge up to 37% buyers fees (Not many but i have seen it)
Most charge 20-25% but there are some without any buyers fees (0%)
All the terms and conditions are posted on each lot.
Be very careful if you need shipping as a lot don't ship (just check the shipping terms on the lot) and will use outside shippers. These are very expensive as they have to collect from the auction house before they pack and ship.
**Always get the shipping quote before you bid**
