if it's not a rolex or patek you will usually walk out of the ad with your new watch with a value decrease of 20-50%.

sometimes it has to be the watch instead of the art. can't take your favourite artwork from home, into the car, to the office, to the pub, to the club. at least not without some effort...;-)

Everything is different worldwide. But you can usually get up to 30 percent off Omega unless a high demand item.
I understand a couple models have held value for Omega, but we can all agree that's by far and away the exception. I'd never buy any mid range watch at retail price or new for that matter. High high end you basically have to buy new. But Rolex, Omega, bristling, etc in the 5 to 25k range, always buy used IMHO
