This auction will probably, as the past 21CL, never see the end and will be pulled. Is the current 21CL the same number as the last one? Interesting point as I was bidding on a signed GWB about a year ago and that got pulled! Didn't answer any of my emails at the time either! I thought he had accepted an offer and stopped the auction, perhaps that is the reason? Expensive way of having fun though as there are still fee's to be paid! 
Interesting who's to say its not a gallery making sure that the prices stay high ?

IMO i would actually expect the one at sotherbys to go for more.
I think the people at the auction will be considerably better off that your usual ebayer and will also be competing against each other.
Then again i maybe wrong

Interesting! He has had 3 or 4 different name changes on the bay including the prince or something like that? He only lives an hour or so drive from me in Gt Yarmouth but wouldn't meet me so that I could pay him cash!! Is this an outlet for the gallery staff etc to sell their prints?? Bloody sceptics that we are!!

...but when you see this image on the wall that seperates israel from the palestinians the humour element is right there. Location is an integral part of much of banks'y outdoor work and when you take these images out of context and turn them into a print something is always going to be lost.

The seller best hope his/her bidders don't read that... the price will come crashing down now you've compared the sentiment to three quids worth of plastic.

Maybe people are bidding early to prevent the seller from ending the listing early.
To be honest I thought we wouldn't see what it would go for as the seller would prob get an offer off ebay and pull the auction.
Call me cynical but that many bids with so many days to go till auction end I wouldnt fall off my chair with surprise, should this end up being listed again for whatever reason Maybe people are bidding early to prevent the seller from ending the listing early. Nope, it's an odd one. Mine's on the left opposite the stamp and number. But i guess from experience, it could pretty much be anywhere.
