Wow that's tragic, I bought a few of his works about 10 years back and always liked his style, still have one work on paper in a folder. Rest in peace Dan.

Shocked by the news, that’s really sad. Dan was a really nice guy.

I’m often surrounded by death, bereavement and the cruel reminders of the fragility of life in my line of work, so although moving and tremendously sad for loved ones when I hear of someone’s passing of whom I don’t really know it’s easy to balance this with the understanding of the cycle of life. However, something about learning of Dans passing and reading his message really struck me and actually stopped me in my tracks yesterday. I had very limited interaction with Dan when purchasing some work, so although a handful of pleasant interactions I’m merely a stranger. However, from those small snippets into his world he really did come across as such a pleasant, interesting, sincere and all round nice guy. Im not a particularly tearful guy but something about his parting words really resonated with me. So sorry it was too soon for you just as you felt at peace in this world, I hope you find equal peace now Dan.

I'm no stranger to grief, or people going long before their time, but Dan's words on his last instagram post just tore me up inside. He was a talented guy who should've had much longer. Make the most of every day, because none of us are guaranteed even tomorrow.

Hello, i discovered Dan late (too late unfortunately), but his work sparked my interest in art and made me start collecting.

One of my favorite works is "Pachamama", which I'm looking for. If someone is interested to sell or knows someone who wants to sell please DM me. I would be happy even with the small mounted DIN A4 print . Also interested in "Raven" (glicee print) and "Old Growth".
