I appreciate all of the feedback.  What you guys are all saying makes sense.  Have you guys seen any available pieces for a reasonable price?  Not sure exactly what reasonable means.

If any of these guys have seen a reasonably priced Banksy they probably snagged it. If you are after a Banksy my advice would be,,,,,, find the image that you like then get a feel for its average market value and then go hunting. Good luck mate. If you are a serious buyer keep track on here as there are some good folk on here that will help guide you, without sending you a invoice..

Artwork size 500 x 345 mm
Edition of 600

The print has been framed by Mister Frameman in black frame with red spacers and using museum glass.
The print has pest control certificate and is registered in my name.

I love the red stamp on some of the U/S prints, such as this, barcode, rude copper, HMV etc.It looks great & for me anyway I'd go out of my way to source one of these images with the stamp, even if it meant a premium

It's a safe way to frame, because the glass size is the same as the print size, and the print is also held tightly in position with the spacers, so no need for any tape on the back, in theory. You'd have to ask the OP about that mind you.

After having a beautiful original ruined by an incompetent framer floating it, the little plastic corners, with no mount overlapping, is my new standard. (New standard = the one print I framed this year).

True about possibility of uneven fading using spacers method. I suppose if you were making a purchase you might want to take it out the frame to check that. I'm liking 13 minutes' idea of simply having the plastic corners showing. I've thought about doing that before but was concerned they'd be a distraction.
