The Soup Can is no more a £10 poster than Sale Ends is a £500 print. Do you think people will be demanding that owners of the £500 Sale Ends print sell that print for £500? We both know the answer to that question

Ok I see what's happening here. You're confusing tenses. Perhaps English isn't your first language so that's fine.

When someone uses the word "was", it means it is in the past. And no longer currently applies.

When someone uses the word "is" or "now", it means currently, so not only in the past or in the future.

Think that might sort all this out.

Yeah I agree but I guess it's a toss up between being mint and being fake.

The pow tube even unsealed would be good enough,
you could just match the postage date on the royal mail label to someones email receipt

fakers would not have these two things together. They are very specific.

also anyone can seal a tube so that alone is not really relevent so you might as well check the print inside is perfect before you buy.

Just trying to understand the flipping double standard here.  Some flippers get ran off the board for flipping 2x markup.  Others at 75x markup in a matter of days do not. 

I figured a lot of the disappointment from members about not being able to grab one had to do with not being able to put it up on their walls.  But the dissapointment was really about missing out on the opportunity to flip.

Maybe I just don't understand the game.  I buy what I like and frame it.  I don't flip anything, but maybe I should start doing it....here.

Yeah I totally agree. A lot of the disappointment is that people miss out on flipping opportunities. I am also guilty of that though in some cases. But I expect people only flip stuff they don't really like.

I suppose if you can get £500/600 for a soupcan you'd be silly not to buy one at £10 but on the other hand it's fking annoying for people who'd like one for the wall.

I've been offered one at £500 which seems steep given they were sold for a tenner only days ago!

Then again, I would have easily paid that prior to the POW sale so it's a funny one.
