I imagine going online is a lot cheaper and less hassle than curating a mainly empty space for much of the year plus all the associated costs / upkeep in London's West End. Or a peppercorn lease has come to an end. Am speculating. ..... lovely couple and lovely space. I hope it remains in some form associated with art.
