1. Send PM with genuine interest and a highest bid
2. Ask for his PayPal address and personal information so "you're sure he's a legit seller" and "you can make the payment right away"
3. Send his personal information to GraffitiPrints or COA Gallery
4. Watch the OP delete his post because of the refund he got from one of both instances
5. Laugh at your screen and drink one to celebrate your victory (even if it's a small one, it's still a victory)
6. Start again on 1. if you ever see this happening again.
