AUGUSTG 1000 post Giveaway countdown. , by Eric Pause on Jun 18, 2017 18:18:04 GMT 1, This is my favorite currently hung piece. It seems to have some sort of incredible mystical powers, as it's ability to keep up with the world's current affairs is shockingly accurate.
Every time I finish reading the daily news, I go and check on this piece. And sure enough, without fail, it's commentary is bang-on 100% of the time. I'll find myself absolutely baffled, whispering to myself "But how does it know?!".
I certainly can't explain it. But it really is incredible.

Far more accurate than even a stopped watch!
really it deserves a side prize for the insight, sadly there isn't one. Refer to above print for details. ;-)

AUGUSTG 1000 post Giveaway countdown. , by Coach on Jun 18, 2017 19:10:42 GMT 1, Nice comp augustg. And very generous prizes.
The most treasured piece in our house belongs to my son. This original by Jef Aerosol.
Back in 2008 I took my son to Jef's show in Islington. We both loved it. My boy kept on about how good it was. He was 8 at the time. I told him that he could tell Jef what he thought, as Jef was a member of this forum back then. Jef and my son had an exchange of messages, Jef explaining his pieces and they discussed other artists. Jef asked my boy whether he drew, leading to my son agreeing to post some drawings to him. A week or so later a large parcel arrived for my boy. In it, this original, a smaller portrait of Bob Dylan. A used red arrow stencil. And a lovely letter. It was so generous of Jef. I was at work when the parcel arrived. My son phoned me to tell me about it. He was utterly thrilled. A few years later we both went to Lille in north France to see a show Jef had there, and arranged to meet up with him. Charming and sweet man. So this original is the piece that has the greatest sentimental value in our household.

AUGUSTG 1000 post Giveaway countdown. , by El Pulpo on Jun 20, 2017 22:38:01 GMT 1, Great way to make a competition Thanks !
My favorite for now is this AP received by Fintan Magee after we spend a week together on a lift working on a 40m high piece.
The title of the print is "head in the clouds" so it fit perfectly with that moment
