I was only defending the video and thought it was fun. Beyond that, I would never purchase from Studio Cromie based on all the negative experiences I've heard from people on this forum and elsewhere. I don't have any confidence that they would be able to deliver an undamaged product or handle the replacement process easily.

In this day and age nothing less than flat packed should be the norm, the clear leaders in this field and in my personal opinion are Avant Arte.

I can attest my print Chime Ringer by Paul Kremer cane damaged. It was in a hilariously skinny tube and had nothing more than tissue paper.

He's a new, emerging artist. Not even in the established category let alone bluechip lol.

I opened the tube about a month after I got it so I thought it tacky to email for a replacement.

it's pretty hard to get a replacement, you need a LOT of patience.

What was damaged on yours? The edges on mine were messed up. The corners and along the vertical side of the print. You can use some distilled water to try and make it less obvious.

I advise contacting artists directly, most stopped working with him and some artists care enough to replace directly whatever Angelo damaged
