While I wouldn't shun from hanging one of this new series, I'm also left wondering why top money is being offered. Don't people know it's not helpful to feed the flippers? Miss the release? Have a few pints and move on. Either prices will come down due to lack of frenzied buyers or another print comes along.

Conor Harrington • Transformer, by mutatis on Dec 14, 2016 4:26:29 GMT 1, I was going to ask why sneakers are called sneakers, then thought why are trainers called trainers! Pumps, in my day. Perhaps of slightly older vintage, we used to refer to them as plimsolls and we used them during P.E. and gym classes. The standard black rubber soled ones with canvas tops were not aesthetic and were totally useless in the wet. At the less standard end of things were Dunlop Green Flash - a proper beast of a plimsoll and then Stan Smith rolled into town with Adidas and things were never the same again in the "plimsoll market".
For some reason plimsolls were a favoured spanking implement for school masters and frankly as a child I'd rather, given the choice, have been given "the plimsoll" rather than "the pump"!
Cue weak puntastic link

Oistins was amazing, I think they moved the 'venue' over the other side of the road though and it became quite a tourists trap.
Good memories.

In a months time everyone will have forgotten about this print and anyone who bought to sell will just be glad to be rid of it when nobody is buying them.
If you just ignore your "must have it now" button then it will be better
