Doing this, and getting references on previous dealings (on both ends) and it shouldn't be a reason to worry.

Doing this, and getting references on previous dealings (on both ends) and it shouldn't be a reason to worry. Good luck on the sale! |

The 2.1k offer came after I thought agreeing to the sale at 2.25k but at the 11th hour and 59th minute claimed that they offered me 2k (which they didnt).
