Hockney has five worldwide galleries.  The UK's is Annely Juda.  These galleries release all new works which, by and large are snapped up.  The current releases were 11 inkjet prints from original drawings and 3 x printed iPad drawings.  Each was an edition of 35.  Each gallery gets a share of the 35 and, like I say, they usually go pretty quickly.

I haven’t seen any on the secondary market, but given that mass produced open edition posters of his sell for £300+ I could see these being worth around £500-1500 per print at a guess. Then again there is a chance Tate may reissue them for the original price which was less than £100 from memory, maybe even £50 I think.

Yes they were bargains at £60, it is thought they printed 500. The price the gallery in question have them at is £1750 each. 

I think around £700-1000 is fair given posters go for £500 , but it’s more a question of if they crop up as they don’t seem to appear that often.
