Not sure if it’s the angle or photo or my eyes but I can’t decide whether it’s grey or green.

For me, images such as this really define a period of my life.  Similar to how songs like The Orb's 'Little Fluffy Clouds', Robert Miles 'Children', etc. had a decade or so earlier.

Sorry for thé question but came spontaneus: it seems the piece is stored but u say it is one of the most important piece in your collection.. I just don’t connect.. but maybe I’m wrong.

Well. It was being wrapped for transport to be framed when this particular picture was taken if that helps....🤷🏻‍♂️

I have an earlier, rougher version of the LV Child, and it is fantastic.

This version you have for sale is tops. Really beautiful rendition of it.
Ditto the one posted just above by @augustg .

Yours for sale should find the right owner.  Great important painting.

Hi Poppysunshine, not your eyes, it’s French Grey, so grey with a hint of green.

I have a green one so was hoping it was a different colour.
Mine is the same size from 2004 and signed on the front.
I can imagine the pair of them framed identically side by side would be something else.

If a trade deal was in the air I’d be all over it but zero cash after a house move rules me out.

The ones on eBay are the unsigned out of 400.

The last signed one on eBay that sold was from the japanese red edition. Not sure how many but it had a personalised message from beejoir on it.

You have that flipped....the red Japanese version is numbered but not signed. The reason I know this is that I have the red version and have talked to B about signing it. I believe the green version is both numbered and signed but I’m not positive as I don’t own one.

400 unsigned grey
No idea on the numbers of red but they were from a show in Japan
