Obviously already done by Warhol and much better, and emulated by countless people since. Partly due to the fact Marilyn's estate lost all control of her image after her death. He seems to be bought up by gallerists and collectors who think Brainwash represents an edgy side of the art world. Popular tastes never fail to astonish me.

Compared to some of his recent releases (Miles Davis for example) this is actually not that bad. Doubt glitter would make much of a difference unless it's really lovely.

All I see is a stock photo of Marilyn Monroe that should be credited to the photographer that took it.
People like Brainwash and fairey etc are the reason this so called Urban street art will never be taken seriously.
The profits are in the secondary flipper market only.
