I spoke to him once about 4 months ago about a commission piece, and he was happy to visit when he is in the country, he just wanted to know what size the wall was.

How cool would it be to have the back of your house done or a feature wall inside...

Weak and overpriced. editions of 250 - way too high for the price. POW has got to chill. I wonder what the next micallef/banksy release will go for.

really think scale doesn't matter so much with this one - more about the image

Each to his own carlito, but for me at least, its all about scale. He is using the idea of having something like a massive Heidelberg printer to knock out a small love heart print. In the case of a newspaper, this is true,they do use massive printers to create tiny words and pictures. So the scale of painting it on a wall would be for me at least, the only reason for this image.

I really, really hope they have hired a warehouse for this Laz show, or its gonna be a little bit flat I think. Just cant get past the fact these images are obviously designed to be made on a very grand scale.

I'm not really impressed with CMYK honestly.

It's a great illustration but something I'd be fine with just seeing in a book. I love his work but I agree, doesn't work as well when it comes to prints.

It's the scale of his street stuff that impresses me the most. But I guess hardly anyone could actually own a wall of his. How cool would that be?

LAZ has got around a 15% share in POW

CMYK is quite cool but way to over price IMO. If you have a look through the £50 thread, there is tons of similar stuff to this for a lot cheaper.

Don't get me wrong, I love Blu on the street, but I find this a little boring.

some how i dont think they have hired a warehouse...just painted the outside of the gallery.
