Dennis was the creative director of PIL (Public Image Limited), the band John Lydon, AKA Johnny Rotten, formed after the Sex Pistols broke up. Over the course of their first two albums, First Issue, and Metal Box, which are also my favorite albums of PILโs catalog, Dennis worked on photography, packaging concepts, and created the iconic PIL pill logo, which I made stencils of in high school. There is a great exhibit based around the first two PIL albums at the ICA London. If you are in London, be sure to check it out."

Are you talking about the unlimited offset prints/posters? No not the open editions... Ramones red, Wave blue, Blue Steel (zoolander), and both of the Jamie Ried prints. They all sold out within 15-20min of that post. Sometimes Fairey randomly posts up old stock in the store. The ones he posted back up this time were shit prints though, besides the blue wave. |

I sold prints half the prices that I have bought them.
Anyway, most of the times , you don't sell your prints on ebay, the obey in particulary.
Ok, I should say, " in comparizon of the initial pirce on ebay, the day after the sold out selling on Obey 'website.
Per example, try to sell The Wave create to help Japan ( it is true that I was an idiot - Iam not anymore because I take lessons and cours at ArtVard - ant that I had bought moste of them on ebay, around 180 or 225 $ - have a look now, nonne obey/Ebay will be buy at this price )...
Lol , remember, on Ebay the Protester was at 400$, now , around 120 etc...
Ok, for the 45 ยฃ at random time, but you have to add 45 $ or more for shipping , the custom fees, 50 $ or more etc etc...
Anyway, its hard to sell Obey on ebay or here, etc...
I have The RED Wave, The print Obey x Cope2 x Martha Cooper Print, The Clash Bassist, the Berlin Tower, and Imperial Glory, a rare one, etc, etc..

I think if I was to own anything it might be a signed Obama print or poster because it was a great image and such a magical moment in US history. I did enjoy seeing his Ramones originals at the wonderful Ramones exhibit at the Queens Museum in Flushing Meadow Park, which runs through July 31 and is well worth going to. Additionally the museum has a great William Gropper show on now which is not to be missed.

I took this photograph in Providence, RI at the edge of a desolate graveyard, which probably intensified my interpretation of the peeling paint on the gas pump as a skull. I decided the symbolism provided by natural erosion was powerful enough to make the photo worthy of turning into a print. I always liked this image, and I rediscovered it while looking for images to include in a book surveying my entire history of environmentally themed art. I only made ten prints of the gas pump skull in 1990, so I decided I should make a new version of the image as a painting for my Paris art show, and an edition of prints accessible to more than 8 people (I kept two of the ten 1990 prints). Danger No Smoking: edition of 450. $45.
