JAMES CAUTY - Aftermath Dislocation Principle - LDN Bridge, by razorwire on Jan 23, 2016 12:50:13 GMT 1, Unfortunately I'm not going to make it there today, the missus is working and I can't really drag a 6 year old on a 250 mile round trip (even though she's been before and loved it) so if anyone does manage to pick me up anything it'll be very much appreciated. Gutted, last visit was prior to Christmas before New Bedford Rising was in place so I was looking forward to seeing how it's changed, but I guess at least I got to see it twice.

JAMES CAUTY - Aftermath Dislocation Principle - LDN Bridge, by 11 on Jan 24, 2016 1:37:51 GMT 1, As I had little else to do today, and realised if I didn't go this weekend I'd unlikely get to see the 'complete' set-up with bridge and pyramid in place again I decided to jump in the car and drive down.
I'm glad I went too as it had changed quite a bit. A couple of the local constabulary also popped in for a mooch about, I tried to get a snap of them as they were going past the pyramid but nearly got caught Going round again also reminded me how much I enjoyed my first visit, something pleasingly voyeuristic working your way around the exhibition by peering through all the little holes.
......I had to admit to being a forumite out in the open as well - don't get me wrong, if there's an opportunity to get something for you good folk, when asking for multiples I will explain why / who they are for but that is normally in a 1 on 1 situation, this was right in the middle of a group of strangers !! Its hardly something you (I) throw around like a badge but when Jimmy openly asked why i had bought so many of the bodies, faced with my own paranoia that he would think I'm a flipper versus the slight sense of shame having to admit i was the art world equivalent of a train-spotter I tried to mumble i worked on an art forum and there were others just like me, someone else then asking which one and who was I, fortunately turns out they are on here too and I got to meet another great from member, they also sorted me out some extra brochures for everyone too
So, I do have bodies, heads and brochures and will maybe co-ordinate with xxxxx once he has been - if someone wants to be so kind as to start a wanted thread and extract all the names already listed here it would be a great start - better that than clog this thread up with wants then it will be easier to sort out everyone that wants them too
Some more pics....

JAMES CAUTY - Aftermath Dislocation Principle - LDN Bridge, by 10th Mountain on Jan 24, 2016 15:28:50 GMT 1, I popped up there today. Love the idea oif peking through randomly placed spy holes, focuses the attention. James Cauty is still working on it in it's final hours, nice to hear how they make the suff, and I never realised how labour intensive each figure is!! Hence headless bodies for ยฃ1 still available. I will now try and post some images

JAMES CAUTY - Aftermath Dislocation Principle - LDN Bridge, by F*X on Jan 24, 2016 17:36:03 GMT 1, Popped up this afternoon the spy holes really focus your attention on the details. Gives a whole different dimension to the piece! Manged to pick up a riot shield AP after missing out at Dismaland. James is selling of some of the work he has kept back hence APs being available really nice guy to talk to.

JAMES CAUTY - Aftermath Dislocation Principle - LDN Bridge, by Deleted on Jan 24, 2016 21:38:28 GMT 1, I'm hoping to get there late Sunday afternoon, so if there are any left I'll get one or two for all of those that have asked and are above this post ( no exceptions ). By my reckoning they are coach, Dr.Plip, Cornishcrayon, razorwire, vanilla17, and kaotek.
I can't promise anything so if someone else can offer either of you something more concrete then go for it, but for sake of a few quid I'll see what I can do. Cheers. Had a good day today, and picked up a body and a head for the six listed above, plus buckwurst who I missed off the original post. I'll message those listed tomorrow.
Good to meet mojo and thanks for her help. Tanya says 'hello'.
And thanks to Jimmy ( Born to Kiln ) for meeting up, and the glass and the wife's birthday present ( she loves it! ). Cheers Jim.
I can't really add much more to previous comments about Cauty's work, except that it's a sprawling piece of work that has progressed tremendously since Dismaland.

Have you tried looking for model train shops in France?
