I reworked the original image to capture as much detail and started cutting the stencils.

The first test spray is made.

Once I'm 100% on the image I will use the stencils to spray paint the 'screen printing films'. The films are used to produce the screens required for the printing process, by using this technique it reproduces the most direct representation of my stencil work.

The actual screens are produced directly from the hand painted films, so each spec of paint from the can is transferred onto each piece.

Combining my hand painted aesthetic with the use of some extremely bright and metallic inks each piece is hand screen printed and are truly beautiful!
( In my humble opinion of course! )

Always good to get some insight into the process of how the artist turns works into print. Looks good too.

You should change the title to "I Tawt I Taw Tat" because this is a prime example of the cliche imagery that makes street art so stale and homogeneous.

Hey! Sorry it's been a while...

I am extremely excited to present my latest screen print, my highest colour screen print to date!

A 15 colour hand made screen print made in homage to Takashi Murakami, "Maiden in the Yellow Straw Hat”.

For this piece I used my favoured technique for making prints. I spray the stencils directly onto the processing film and expose the result directly onto each silk screen. I choose to avoid any computer manipulation with this technique in turn it creates a super accurate hand painted representation of my stencilling. In my humble opinion - looks pretty cool.



In addition to the main 15 colour hand pulled screen print edition, I have three extremely limited hand finished variations. Each hand finished edition is completed by hand using gold leaf, glitter and varnish.
