Nick Walker print on wood on sale 4/3/15 at Noon (PST), by scnomad on Apr 30, 2015 14:10:39 GMT 1, Should it be reduced VAT (5%) for a 'digital' print?
Will get the refund form filled out tomorrow when it gets delivered.
Mine just arrived (UK) - and had to pay UPS Β£52 on the door-step - which is probably still a bit over what it should be Some serious packaging on it too :- But looks lovely
That Looks very nice mate.
From the photo my missus has just sent, it looks like mine has been opened by customs.......
Will get it opened when I get home from work, its probably damaged knowing my luck!
Are there any details on your invoice regarding the customs category/code you were charged at?

Nick Walker print on wood on sale 4/3/15 at Noon (PST), by 11 on Apr 30, 2015 23:21:00 GMT 1, Been out all night so i'll respond to everything in one hit
scnomad - mine was boxed too - that was the picture out of the box - but you probably know that by now.
Re VAT code - not sure what I'm looking for but weirdly the description is set as 'Goods' - there is a code SS071 - don't know if that is the import code or not
Liverpool ste123 - UPS / fedex / parcel force are all the same - they are advised of the fees to be applied - or go from a standard list. Parcel force charge before you get it, fedex typically invoice you after you get it and UPS (as i found today) stand on the doorstep with their hand held-out with the parcel held back until you look like you will pay.
Any challenge or reclaim of over-paid duty has to be claimed with HMRC
