Im guessing the overseas sales will outweigh the number sold at the show as "urban art" is still very much in its infancy in the UAE although with the number of expats there I am sure the show will of been a successful one for them. Is there any images of the other colour versions from the show anyone could kindly share?

I posted the colours which Elephants & Castles send out in the email, but the " Actual Orange" that was posted by another forum member that went, looked way better than the "stock" images originally sent out. I think had they send out images of the "actual" prints then many more would of gone for one.

Eine • Modern Art, by james on Mar 18, 2015 16:11:01 GMT 1, sorry no pictures of all the colour variants, they were pretty much stacked up in a pile and only the orange framed and displayed in the exhibition. hope you don't mind me posting up a few images from the show though..
just want to echo the comments above, great show and the sheikh is very down to earth, top geezer!
got myself an orange version too, I wasn't too keen on them to begin with from the online pics, but when I got to the show and saw them in person, they did look pretty amazing, and it didn't matter what it said. I too asked Ben for a colour recommendation as it was really hard deciding over so many, and off course he said orange. I was told that E&C's have numbers 1-5 of each, I think Ben must have been kidding about them never being seen, but i may be wrong, they did say set of 9 available so maybe those would make up the set? I paid with my UK debit card, it worked out to be £362.27 to be precise, so £390 incl. postage doesn't seem too bad, but off course there may be additional tax when they arrive in the UK. good to know there were other forum members there too.

You're right, the others are canvases, but (to me) the lettering on the orange does not seem as defined / solid as the other colours, not sure how to explain it, orange is fuzzier / blurry ?? i think there is less contrast on the inside of the lettering

all the colours were on top of each other, sometimes mixed up, 1 person taking payment and customers helping themselves to choose which they wanted, so that was the only way to see what was available, not to mention if you're obsessed with getting a particular number
it isn't me but I wouldn't care if it was and by the way, I did handle them too!

If the print arrives fingerprinted and generally dog eared what is the come back? I see they have a visa machine on the counter. I've emailed and asked if they will accept the old card. The bank says £25 charge plus potentially a charge from their bank too. Hmmmm.
